Our aim was to help H Samuel increase traffic to premium necklace product listing pages and in turn, increase sales for certain product categories and SKUs.

OVERVIEW

We focused on specific category pages to improve the brand’s organic position for high-value keywords. By carrying out in-depth keyword research, we identified the terms required to increase revenue and average order value. The team also identified internal linking that would boost traffic to similar products. We collaborated with Narwhal/Content to write up optimised product descriptions that would drive traffic.

CHALLENGES FACED

Time was of the essence for this project. The client needed a bulk order of copy in a short space of time, requiring a fast turnaround with precision. Our Agency team needed to work quickly to carry out the necessary keyword research before being able to brief the writing task to our Content team.”

WHAT WE DID…

To speed up the process on H Samuel’s end, the Content team set out all product descriptions in HTML format so the client could quickly copy and paste the content onto their website. This meant that H Samuel started to see results within two weeks of uploading.

After completing the product copy optimisation, the client saw a significant increase in revenue. From February to April, revenue rose by 78%.
